With two and a half decades of experience, I've dedicated myself to helping people like you uncover their inner truths and achieve deep healing.

My journey to where I am today has been a roundabout one, beginning in 1996 when I stepped into the classroom at the University of Arkansas as a graduate assistant to teach Spanish. Little did I know, this was where I would fall in love with the art of teaching and healing. Teaching sharpened my observational and psychic abilities, allowing me to tune into my students' needs and help them remove blocks and barriers to learning. This skill naturally transferred to my healing practice, where I continue to help clients overcome obstacles and achieve their fullest potential.

In 2000, I enrolled in massage school, diving headfirst into physical and metaphysical healing. It was a time of discovery, where I learned the profound connection between mind, body, and spirit, paving the way for my holistic approach to wellness.

In 2014, I enrolled in two transformative programs that changed the way I work as a healer. Reiki and Spiritual Response Technique (SRT) opened my eyes to the boundless potential of energy work. As a Spiritual Response Practitioner and Reiki healer, I've honed my ability to sense the subtle energy fields within my clients' systems, guiding them toward clarity and healing.

As a lifelong learner, I enrolled in the Nutritional Therapy Program and graduated with a functional certificate in 2016. This deep dive into nutrition science not only enhanced my understanding of how food impacts our physical and emotional well-being but also equipped me with the knowledge to guide others in making healthier choices. Incorporating nutritional therapy into my practice has helped me maintain my own physical strength and vitality, ensuring that I am at my best to support my clients in their healing journeys.

Currently, I'm expanding my toolbox with an evidential psychic mediumship program at the Oakbridge Institute where I study with mediums Michael Mayo and Megan Alisa. It's all about deepening my understanding of the spiritual realms and enhancing my ability to serve you on your path to wholeness. I will start giving readings in January 2025.
